How far in advance should I reserve?

Tables open 60 days ahead and weekends fill within hours, especially in Paris. For a specific date, reserve the morning it opens. A short waitlist runs nightly for release-backs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your reservation. Inside 48 hours we charge 75 € (or $120 CAD) per guest, as the table is held exclusively for you.

Can I reserve for a party larger than eight?

Parties of nine or more are hosted at the chef's table or in the private dining room. Write to our events team through the contact page and we will build the evening around you.

Do you hold tables for walk-ins?

A handful of seats at the bar are kept for walk-ins each night, first come, first seated. The full menu is served at the bar.

Is there a dress code?

Elegant and unfussy. Jackets are welcome but never required; sportswear and beachwear are kindly declined.

Can the menu accommodate allergies and dietary choices?

Yes — vegetarian and pescatarian versions of the tasting menu are always available, and most courses adapt to gluten-free or dairy-free needs. Tell us when you reserve; the kitchen prepares, never improvises.

Do you charge corkage?

You may bring one bottle per two guests that does not appear on our list. Corkage is 45 € in Paris, $70 CAD in Toronto, waived when you also order from our cellar.

Are children welcome?

For dinner we ask that guests be twelve or older, so every table can keep the evening's rhythm. Younger gourmands are warmly received at the first seating of the evening — tell us when you reserve.

Can we book the private dining room?

Both houses keep a private room — Le Salon (14 seats) in Paris and La Serre (18 seats, a glass conservatory) in Toronto. Minimum spends start at 2,800 € / $4,400 CAD depending on the night.

Do you host full buyouts or off-site events?

Accepted Answer

Full buyouts are possible Sunday through Tuesday with notice. The kitchen also travels for a small number of private events each season — write to Événements with your date and city.

Is there a menu for weddings and celebrations?

We design each celebration menu with you, drawing on both kitchens. Tastings for the hosts are arranged four to six weeks ahead.

Where are you located?

Paris: 12 Rue de Miromesnil, 75008, two minutes from Miromesnil métro. Toronto: 1108 Yonge Street, steps from Summerhill station. Both addresses link to maps in the footer.

Is parking available?

In Toronto, valet runs Thursday through Saturday, and the Green P on Alcorn Avenue is three minutes on foot. In Paris we recommend the Haussmann-Berri car park, five minutes away — or better, arrive by taxi.

Are the dining rooms accessible?

Both dining rooms, restrooms and private rooms are step-free and wheelchair accessible. Tell us when you reserve and we will hold the most comfortable table.
